Somerset, N.J. – NCQLP Exam Review. This three-day workshop is designed to help participants prepare for the Lighting Certified (LC) exam administered by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP) in November. Held at the Philips’ Lighting Application Center, the course focuses on study and exam-taking strategies, analysis, and practice of typical questions and key topics in the design process as well as a review of technology, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis. At the end of the sessions, students should be able to identify strengths and weaknesses covered in the exam. Participants are expected to secure the recommended texts for the exam and begin the study process. Fee: $525. Detroit – Trends in LED Lighting seminar. The Kirlin Company’s “Don’t Be MisLED” session is for lighting specifiers, architects, interior designers, electrical engineers, and facility planners.
